I’m Alexis! I’m a grad student and former college athlete. So I fully understand the importance of rejuvenation and the positive impact it has on the body. I’m also a bubbly, upbeat sort of girl spread cheer wherever she goes! That’s the sort of energy I bring into my sessions. The idea is to make it contagious, so that you leave me feeling at least as positive about your wellness as I am!
